A special attention is dedicated to the restaurant and its environment in order to provide moments of relax for Grand Hotel Adriatico's guests.
The breakfast buffet is served at the luminous Veranda and during the warmer seasons, at the garden. The buffet has a wide variety to satisfy the taste and needs of all clients:
 
  • Sweets corner: selection of brioches, homemade cakes, jam, chocolate cream, Italian honey
  • Fruit: fruit salad, season fruit, fruit in syrup
  • Yogurt, cereal and muesli for adults and children
  • First quality Italian cold cuts and cheeses
  • Tuscan bread, rolls and toasted bread
  • Warm corner: served scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, boiled egg
  • Beverage: juices and Italian sparking wine, besides the traditional warm beverages served.
  • Gluten free and bio products are also available
 
Both restaurants include international and classical Italian cuisines proposing also typical dishes of the Florentine and Tuscan tradition. Guests that have special dietary requirements (e.g. low-fat or vegetarian diet) can find suitable dishes in the menu according to their needs. A wide range of wine from Chianti and other Italian regions complement the food & beverage offer of Grand Hotel Adriatico.
 
The Opera Restaurant is dedicated exclusively to Grand Hotel Adriatico’s guests and to the growing frequent customers from Florence.
 
The La Vela Restaurant is dedicated to groups and business meals. It is possible to book reserved rooms for banquets and private events.
 
The Vespucci American Bar is a pleasant meeting point for hotel guests; it offers cocktails and drinks prepared by the barman, as well as little snacks and typical Italian Café beverages (espresso coffee, cappuccino, etc.).
