The Opera Restaurant is our own restaurant. Warm and well-lit, always with a taste of some operatic aria in the background. This is where you can experience the taste of Italian cuisine. Fruit, vegetables, meat and fish are bought each morning at the market, according to what’s in season. On the walls, on the exposed shelves, red and white wines from the best Tuscan vineyards.
Our menu is à la carte but if you want to taste real home-style recipes, we recommend the fixed price "Path through Tuscan cuisine" menu. In between the large windows, elegant panelling and parquet, we serve a delicious roast with garlic and rosemary. Bruschetta flavored with oil and basil. Hot bean soup with pasta. Potato tortelli served with beef ragù and sweet zuccotto.
Did you know that opera was born in Italy? That’s why we were inspired to name our restaurant after this great Italian heritage, celebrating in tune the traditions of Italian cuisine. And if you’re lucky, during your dinner, you might even enjoy an evening of free opera right here.
