The DCA ESG Certification is issued by Dream & Charme Srl, a hospitality certification body fully accredited by Accredia under ISO/IEC 17065 standards. This rigorous evaluation deeply analyzes three main pillars: environmental impact, workplace conditions, and corporate management governance.
This certification officially validates the operational practices in place at the time of the audit and serves as the trusted foundation for our continuous improvement process.

Over 1,200 Verified Parameters

To achieve the DCA ESG Certification, Grand Hotel Adriatico underwent a meticulous independent audit covering more than 1,200 individual parameters. Below are the main areas evaluated and the specific measures we have put in place. Regarding our people and fair workplace conditions, we proudly apply the official Turismo – Federalberghi national collective labor agreement and invest in continuous training programs focused on workplace safety and sustainability. 
Furthermore, all our trusted suppliers are strictly selected based on regulatory compliance and fair contract standards. For the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, your peace of mind is our priority; we maintain strict safety protocols that fully comply with current regulations, backed by regular emergency procedure training for our entire team to ensure a safe, clean environment. In terms of reducing our environmental footprint, we have successfully transitioned our lighting to efficient LED technology, reaching 100% in all public common areas and approximately 80% in guest rooms, additionally utilizing advanced inverter technology for our climate control systems to ensure optimal, resource-efficient room comfort. Looking at our connection to the local territory and sourcing, our dining services prioritize sourcing fine wines, premium olive oils, and fresh products directly from local producers within the beautiful Tuscan region.
