Special thanks to Françoise who was my contact person and to all reception staff (Antonella, Christine, Francesca, Rosanna and others) and to Hussein who fulfilled our every wish regarding room, set up with a big smile on his face. Our small suggestion for the meeting rooms maybe it would be an option to put plastic bottles of water as the glass ones break (what also happened to us) We apologise for the inconvenience and a big thank to the young gentle man who cleaned everything in a quick time.
